All work appearing on PixelOps remains the property of its authors. PixelOps has no control over who uses downloaded assets nor how they use them.

In order for submissions to be accepted and posted on PixelOps, the work must be of a high standard; quality is a must. Submissions must be original, and/or unique. Files simply copied out of existing games and will not be accepted, nor will material of questionable content. The determination of quality and content is made subjectively by PixelOps staff. All decisions are final. Best effort will be made to post new submissions within two weeks. Usually this time period will be much shorter, but may be longer due to unforeseen circumstances.

If an asset posted on PixelOps is used in a modification, project, etc., PixelOps will, at its discretion, provide a web link as part of the asset description, to the site hosting said modification, project, etc. PixelOps may, at its discretion, elect not to post any web link if the site directed to contains questionable content, or content which denigrates PixelOps, its associated websites, staff, or any other members of the community. Decisions of whether or not to post any links whatsoever remain the prerogative of PixelOps.

If any author decides that his work should be removed from PixelOps, he should notify Sypher_5. Best effort will be made to remove and/or update the affected files within two weeks. Usually this time period will be much shorter, but may be longer due to unforeseen circumstances.

This policy is subject to change and/or amendment without notice. All changes/amendments affect all content on PixelOps regardless of when that content was originally submitted.
